Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, new business opportunities, and competitive landscape within the F&B sector.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company’s market presence, increase revenue, and enhance brand recognition.
- Analyze customer data and industry trends to identify potential areas for growth and target new customer segments.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients, customers, and business partners (e.g., suppliers, distributors, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that align with the company’s growth objectives.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking sessions to promote the brand and generate new business leads.
- Develop and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring the conversion of leads into profitable business relationships.
- Drive sales efforts to meet or exceed revenue targets and ensure business development goals are achieved.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to create promotional materials, presentations, and proposals for potential clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, ensuring KPIs and targets are consistently met.
- Establish strategic partnerships with key industry players, such as suppliers, distributors, franchisees, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Explore opportunities for expansion into new markets or geographical areas, including franchising, distribution, or retail partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that business development initiatives align with the company's overall objectives and brand identity.
- Develop and manage the business development budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for various initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, market trends, and performance metrics for senior management.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve business development processes and optimize operational efficiency.
- Work closely with product development and operations teams to identify gaps in the market and provide customer-driven feedback for new products or services.
- Develop and launch new initiatives or promotional campaigns to keep the brand competitive in the F&B market.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest F&B trends, technology, and consumer behavior to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
