**POSITION**:User Acquisition Lead

**REPORTS TO**:Founder

**JOB SUMMARY**:
The User Acquisition Lead is responsible for creating user acquisition marketing campaigns through advertising platforms (including but not limited to social media) to drive user growth of Fit.Cells in Singapore.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Gather and Analyse relevant User Acquisition data
- Design, create, manage and optimize User Acquisition campaigns in the following forms:

- Marketing campaigns
- Website - to develop SEO friendly content
- Social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram etc
- Marketing collaterals such as corporate brochures, EDMs, promotional flyers, brand posters, factsheets etc
- Print collaterals for use within properties - events updates, announcements etc
- Press releases and media relations
- Internal communication materials
- Conduct ongoing campaign performance analysis of creative and targeting A/B tests and the associated costs.
- Identify and liaise with external parties (e.g. bloggers) for outreach programmes
- Work with creative, operations and technical teams, put forth constructive opinions and contribute to business growth
- Conduct market research when required
**JOB SPECIFICATION**:

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent specialisation
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Mobile User Acquisition
- Excellent command of English both written and oral; strong command of Chinese would be advantageous.
- Strong Excel skills with a data-driven mindset
- Creative and critical thinker with excellent content generation skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment with emphasis on collective and collaborative teamwork across divisions
- Motivated self-starter who can work well both independently and within a team
- Resourceful, Vocal, Detail oriented, Organized, Innovative, Flexible, Willing to explore new ideas and ways of doing things

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
