Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management & Reporting
- Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely closing of accounts.
- Maintain compliance with MFRS and regulatory requirements (e.g. LHDN, SSM, SST).

2. Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead annual budget planning and forecasting processes.
- Monitor financial performance vs. budget, highlight variances and risks.

3. Internal Controls & Compliance
- Implement and improve internal controls and financial procedures.
- Ensure statutory filings (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, SST, income tax) are submitted on time.

4. Cash Flow & Treasury Management
- Manage company’s cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
- Oversee payments, collections, and financial risk management.

5. Strategic Support
- Provide financial insights to the management team for decision-making.
- Support business expansion, cost control, and investment analysis.

6. Team Leadership
- Supervise and develop the finance/accounting team.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:

- Degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience (including leadership role)
- Proficient in accounting software (SQL, Xero, SAP, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and tax laws
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
