**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in B2B, and export markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging markets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior sales executive.
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote products and services.
- Manage B2B/Export platform, get more export customer leads and deal with customers.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in B2B sales and export markets in FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of sales performance and achieving monthly target.
- Understanding of international trade regulations and export processes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, behavior, disciplined and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and market exploration.
- Positive attitude and friendly disposition.
- Able to read, write and understand English, Malay and Chinese.
- Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Puncak Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- E-commerce: 1 year (preferred)
