**PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES**:

- Cash Flow Management

Update vendor payment forecast on monthly basis.
Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
- Budget / Plan

Assist in preparation of annual budget.
- Fixed Assets

Maintain Fixed Register for hire and non-hire equipment. Ensure reconciliation is completed monthly.
- Accounts Payable

Manage review of invoices receive from vendors, ensure proper match to purchase orders and receiving documents. Preparation of Invoice Authorisation Templates
Determine appropriate accounting entries for vendor invoices. Highlight to Manager if there is unusual expense incurred.
Prepare payment for vendor / expenses payment.
Prepare WTH tax returns and payments for taxes.
Reconciliation of Creditors Statement and ensure the payments are made within the credit terms
- Costing / Inventory Reconciliation

Ensure accurate records are kept of Inventories (pallets and repair materials).
Perform monthly stock count activity
- Month-end Activities

Prepare all end of month reporting required to enable full set of Financial including Cash Flow statements to be drawn up at month end, including accruals for all expenses and assets incurred / received during the period but not paid.
Reconciliation all balance sheet accounts including sub-ledger accounts against General Ledger balances
- Billing / CN issuance

Ensure monthly BER / Lost billing are bill on timely manner.
Ensure Credit note are issued according to guideline and duly approved by Country Manager
BER reconciliation to be perform and ensure no omission of BER sales
BER dismantle reconciliation - to ensure that the dismantle does not exceed the required limit
- Statutory Audit / Tax

Assist in annual audit / tax activities for local statutory reporting and group consolidation purposes. Includes statutory reporting requirements
