- Job Description:_
- **Financial Statements and Reports**:_

~ Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and financial forecasts.

~ Ensure the Group and its subsidiaries follow all financial standards and regulations.
- **Payment and Record Keeping**:_

~ Review and authorize all payments, ensuring accuracy and proper approvals.

~ Conduct month-end reviews of journal entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
- **Cost Reduction and Profit Maximization**:_

~ Regularly review financial reports to find opportunities for cost reduction.

~ Analyze data to advise top management on maximizing profits.
- **Market Trends and Growth**:_

~ Analyze market trends to identify growth and expansion opportunities.
- **Payroll**:_

~ Review payroll documentation to ensure compliance with local regulations and tax authorities.
- **Budgets and Financial Forecasting**:_

~ Coordinate the development and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts.

~ Prepare Board reports as directed.
- **Reporting**:_

~ Provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders.

~ Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for stakeholders.

~ Prepare and communicate annual financial statements and Board reports.
- Financial and Statistical Reports:_

~ Ensure timely provision of financial and statistical reports for management.
- **Audit Coordination**:_

~ Liaise with external auditors to plan and carry out audits.

~ Ensure financial reports are prepared within set timelines.
- **Cash Flow**:_

~ Conduct cash-flow forecasting.
- Requirements:_
- Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years working in a related field.
- Proficient in reading and writing English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- ACCA certification is an advantage.
- Knowledge of SQL or SAP Accounting software.
- Responsible and willing to learn.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Able to work under pressure and independently.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
