**Basic Function**:
The Quality Supervisor bring together managerial skills and knowledge of safety and quality related procedures to ensure that any activity in laboratory and manufacturing floors operate smoothly. As quality supervisor, he/she is responsible on managing test and analysis of products base on internal and external customer requirements. A part of this responsibility, this position acts as a leader of a team of quality controller. In addition, this position is accountable on managing test equipment and machines as well as ensuring the compliance of quality standard for document and instructions. Acts as management representative for ISO 9001 or IATF 16949

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1) Promote safety among staff working in the lab and manufacturing floors.
2) a. Manage test execution and analysis on products based on internal and external customer requirements
b. Provide professional report and recommendations base on test results
3) Maintain testing equipment at good conditions ready for operations;
4) Manage supplies inventory.
5) Acts as company QMR : Establish, maintain and update document for the company quality management system as per ISO9001 requirements.
6) Total cost saving by test
7) Lead quality controllers, keep regular and good communication, quick support to other internal customers

**Min. Qualifications**:
**Education**:
1. Bachelor or above in Chemical, Analysis, or relative majors.

Work Experience:
1. 5-10 year of experience in polymer test and lab management
2. Background in global chemical and polymer company preferred
3. Background and experience with TS16949 or ISO 9001 preferred

**Skills**:1. MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
2. QC Tools included SPC and MSA
3. FMEA analysis

Languages:
1. Operational command in English and Malay (reading/writing/listening/speaking)
