**Job Title**: Sales & Administration Executive

QMG Industries Sdn Bhd is a leading provider of hygiene control systems, medical disposables, and pet healthcare products, serving industries such as food manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, and veterinary sectors nationwide. We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Sales & Administration Executive to support our business growth.
**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery orders.
- Follow up with clients on orders, payments, and after-sales support.
- Assist in maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business opportunities.
**Administration**
- Maintain and update customer database and filing systems.
- Manage office documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Assist in coordinating delivery schedules with the logistics team.
- Support marketing and promotional activities when needed.
**General**
- Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
**Working Hours**: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6.00pm (Saturday once or twice a month*)
**Salary**: RM2,000 - RM2,600 (depending on experience) + allowances & incentives
**Benefits**: EPF, SOCSO, annual leave, medical benefits
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
