**Position**: Tour Operations Executive

**Location**: Menara Worldwide, Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **Tour Operations Executive** to manage end-to-end travel operations — from confirming tours to final invoicing. This role requires coordination with suppliers, sales teams, and partners across regions to ensure smooth and accurate tour execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle complete tour operations from confirmation to tour end.
- Create and manage bookings and service orders using internal systems.
- Ensure services follow compliance standards and operational guidelines.
- Prepare and review invoices, including issuing credit notes or additional charges.
- Verify supplier invoices and follow up on pending items.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams across time zones.
- Manage tour reports, resolve complaints, and handle follow-ups.
- Support the quotation and sales teams for seamless operations.
- Log quality control data and recommend improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
- 1-3 years’ experience in travel operations or tour handling (Fresh grads welcome).
- **Proficient in English and Mandarin** (must be able to read/write in Chinese).
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and communication skills.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Strong accuracy in system processes and workflow management.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
