**We are looking for FULL-TIME Admin Executive**
Working location: Pelangi Avenue (Beside the Pelangi Leisure Mall)
Working days: 5.5 days/ week.

**Job requirements**:
- To assist in billing, including drafting and preparing Proforma Invoice, Delivery Order, Sales Invoice, Packing List, and filing.
- To assist in photo documentation during container loading for record-keeping and quality assurance purposes.
- Follow up on export shipments with the shipping lines or forwarders for their estimated time of arrival/departure, accurate documentation in line with the requirements, and notify Regulatory to obtain the export permits
- Checking and verification of invoices from agents/ forwarders/couriers.
- To perform checking of forwarder Quotation / Bills / K1 & K2 form / Bill of Lading.
- Preparing regular sales reports as well as sales territory plans.
- General administration and ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
**Requirements**:
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply. Working experience in a similar role is a **PLUS**.
- Well-versed in the Malay/ English language.
- Detail-oriented and organized, strong planning and prioritization abilities
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and to manage multiple tasks and assignments to meet deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
