Account Admin Executive

1. Collaborate with Account Manager and other team members to execute various accounting tasks successfully.
2. Maintain & review company ledgers and daily financial transactions.
3. Review financial documents such as bills, invoices, payables, and receivables.
4. Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them.
5. Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors and vendors.
6. Verify payments and deposits made through the company account.
7. Create monthly / quarterly management reports for management
8. Reviewing and analyzing financial statements to ensure that accounting standards are followed.
9. Assisting with tax preparation for businesses, including researching tax laws and reviewing tax returns
10. Providing support to accounting staff members by scheduling meetings, handling paperwork, and other clerical tasks
11. To overseeing the financial operations of an organization
12. Preparing financial reporting, management accounting, billing, invoices, collections, payroll, payment voucher and budget
13. To ensure with audits requirement, fact checks, prepare the audit inquiries and resolving discrepancies
14. Overseeing preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
