Estate Supervisor

**Job Overview**

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated **Estate Supervisor** to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to kickstart a career in estate or plantation management. As an Estate Supervisor, you will assist in overseeing daily estate operations, including labour management, agricultural practices, maintenance, and reporting, while ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the estate.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily estate operations including planting, harvesting, and maintenance activities
- Monitor workforce attendance, productivity, and compliance with safety standards
- Assist in planning and implementation of estate development and sustainability initiatives
- Conduct regular field inspections and submit reports on progress and issues
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies
- Coordinate with internal departments for logistics, procurement, and reporting
- Support the Estate Manager in administrative and operational tasks as required

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Possess a **Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree** in Agriculture, Plantation Management, Forestry, or a related field
- **Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply**:

- Willing to be based at the estate and work in a rural/outdoor environment
- Good leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Able to work independently with a hands-on approach

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
