**Keperluan pekerjaan**:

- Minimum SPM atau kelayakan yang setaraf dengannya.
- Pengalaman dalam pembungkusan, pergudangan, atau logistik adalah satu kelebihan.
- Mampu mengangkat dan membawa bungkusan yang sederhana berat.
- Pengetahuan asas dalam bahagian e-dagang, sistem pesanan Shopee/Lazada /TIKTOK Shop.
- Perhatian yang kuat terhadap perincian dan kemahiran pengurusan masa yang baik.
- Boleh dipercayai, bertanggungjawab dan boleh bekerja secara berdikari dan dalam satu pasukan.
- Warganegara Malaysia.

**Skop Kerja**:
Kami sedang mencari Pembantu Operasi yang boleh dipercayai dan berorientasikan perincian untuk menyokong aktiviti logistik dan pemenuhan harian kami. Calon yang ideal ialah bertanggungjawab untuk membungkus pesanan pelanggan daripada laman web Dietmonsta,platform pasaran seperti Shopee, Lazada, dan TikTok Shop dan menyelaras penyerahan tepat pada masanya kepada ejen penghantaran atau perkhidmatan kurier.

Sebarang tugas ad hoc yang diberikan oleh pihak pengurusan

**Faedah**:

- Hari cuti pada hari Ahad dan cuti umum. Waktu bekerja Isnin hingga Sabtu (9am-6pm) atau syif lain. Kerja lebih masa mungkin diperlukan.

- **Job Requirements**_
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in packing, warehousing, or logistics is an advantage.
- Able to lift and carry moderate-weight packages.
- Basic knowledge in e-commerce backend, Shopee/Lazada order systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and good time management skills.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Malaysia citizen**Responsibilities**:_

Order Fulfillment:
Pick and pack customer orders accurately based on packing lists and order slips from Dietmonsta websites / marketplace platforms such as Shopee,Lazada and TikTok Shop. Ensure products are labeled correctly and meet quality standards before packing.

Logistics Coordination:
Liaise with delivery agents and couriers to schedule daily parcel pickups. Ensure all packages are handed over to delivery partners on time and with proper documentation. Track and record shipment handovers and update internal systems as required.

Inventory Support:
Conduct stock checks, restocking packing materials, and organizing the storage area. Notify the team of low stock levels for packaging supplies or popular items.

Operational Support:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing station. Follow all company safety procedures and packing protocols. Assist with other general operational tasks as needed by the team.

- Off day on Sunday and Public holidays. Working Hours Monday to Saturday (9am-6pm) or other shift. Overtime may be required during peak period.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
