JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Provide in-depth knowledge and expertise in specific SAP modules (e.g., SAP Finance, SAP HCM, SAP MM, SAP SD, etc.);
- Act as a primary point of contact for SAP-related inquiries and issues within the organization;
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements;
- Collaborate with SAP support and external vendors to address and resolve critical issues;
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and technical teams;
- Work with business units to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP solutions;
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables;
- Review the performance of the processes and recommend and follow up on improvement areas;
- Create comprehensive documentation for developed solutions and share knowledge with team members to facilitate ongoing support and project developments;
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, process flows, and system configurations;
Working ExperienceAt least 5 years of relevant working experience for this positionExtensive experience working with SAP systems, including configuration, implementation, and support Professional KnowledgeAble to read and write report.Business Process flowTime and Project Management knowledge. Professional Skill
- Proficiency in SAP tools and technologies, as well as knowledge of related integration points.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detailed understanding of business processes and how they are supported by SAP solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
