**Main responsibilities**:

- Managing the Accounting & Account Payable Shared Services.
- Ensure quality service delivery by overseeing account reconciliations and issue resolution.
- Account for all accounts payable (AP) transactions promptly for monthly closing.
- Process purchase order (PO) and non-PO invoices or payments accurately and on time.
- Perform month-end sub-ledger closing activities and reconcile balances.
- Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
- Assist with year-end closing and provide general accounting support.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Assist with budget and forecast preparation.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum diploma or degree in Finance/Accountancy or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing company or similar shared services.
- Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and SEC accounting and reporting requirements.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounts payable: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
