Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Daily account operation, documentary & data entry.
- Prepare full set of accounts including monthly management report with analysis report, required schedules and bank reconciliation
- Manage accounts payable transactions and ensure that all invoices are paid accurately.
- Experience in doing P&L, Balance Sheet & Management account
- Assist in the preparation of Sales order cycle, issue quotations, invoices and receipts.
- To manage all financial transactions from utilities, bill payments, & monthly expenses claim.
- Control cash flow
- Ensure accurate and timely double entries in the accounting system
- Prepare and liaise closely with auditors for the annual audit
- Assist in full spectrum of credit control and collection of receivables
- Dealing with secretary, auditor and tax agent.
- Assist with IRB, EPF and SOCSO audits.
- To manage and maintain proper filling system, to keep statutory financial records and to ensure constant improvement to ensure all account’s record are proper.
- Providing administrative support.
- Assist in any ad-hoc assignments

**Requirements**:

- Preferably with 1-2 years in the related field.
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting / Finance or equivalent preferred.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management and staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Possess professional knowledge in regards of tax, audit and related field for the daily operation of the company.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
