Job Responsibilities:
1、Design a sound technical architecture, plan the medium to long-term architectural blueprint, lead the team in implementing the technical strategy, and ensure alignment of technology with business objectives.

2、Responsible for the architectural design and implementation of the company's core systems, as well as the design and implementation of the core system components, ensuring the quality of the outputs meets standards.

3、Lead technical breakthroughs in core modules, participate in and lead significant technical roles, conduct risk assessments, and ensure the smooth progress of projects.

4、Lead the technical team, recruit, train, and develop team members, ensuring the team possesses the necessary technical capabilities and collaborative spirit.

5、Participate in project management, plan and execute technical projects, ensure projects are delivered on time with quality, and support the smooth progression of the team within the software development process.

6、Ensure the system has a highly available, highly concurrent distributed system design, optimize the system architecture to meet business needs and user experience.

7、Provide design patterns for multithreading, distributed middleware, and common databases, offering necessary technical support and guidance to the team.

Qualifications:
1、Bachelor degree or above in a computer or electronics-related field, with proficiency in both English and Chinese as working languages.

2、8 years of relevant work experience, mastery of one of the programming languages such as Java, Golang, C, or C++, and proficiency in the Linux environment. 3、Profound knowledge of software system architecture theories and familiarity with common architectural solutions within the industry.

4、Proficiency in common fieldbus protocols to ensure stable communication between systems and various devices.

5、Proficiency in software development processes with a track record of successful project implementations.

6、Excellent team management and leadership skills, as well as strong communication and coordination abilities.

7、Highly sensitive to new technologies and industry trends, possessing a strategic vision and innovative thinking.

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
