We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, experienced, and qualified **ELL Specialist** for an **Immediate start**. **Sri KDU International School Subang Jaya** is located in the outskirts of the safe, modern and vibrant capital city of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We are a growing FOBISIA and COBIS associate member school, in our seventh academic year.

**What we are looking for **
- Experience teaching new learners and/or learners in the early acquisition stages of English between the ages of 8-15.
- Experience working in international school setting is an advantage.
- Teachers with a relevant degree relating to a **Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, PhD degree in TESL, TESOL, TEFL**:

- English language fluency is essential and will be evaluated as part of the recruitment process.
- The ability to commence employment immediately is essential.

**Skills needed**:

- Customizing and individualizing student learning experiences
- Capability to inspire and guide students in reaching their personal objectives
- Aptitude for motivating and instilling a passion for learning
- Excellent knowledge in teaching methodologies for English language acquisition
- Adept at employing diverse assessment and feedback techniques
- Proficiency in analyzing student data to enhance academic performance
- An understanding of how the learning continuum flows through the schoo
