You'll work in a supportive environment where you can build strong professional relationships and grow together. - **Global Career Opportunities**:Work with leading companies from around the world and gain international exposure, all from the comfort of your home country. **This is a full-time, office-based role in Kuala Lumpur.** We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Financial Accountant**to join an **accounting firm based in Ireland**. **What You'll Do**: - **Key Duties**:_ - Preparation of periodic management accounts including preparing accruals and prepayments using Xero Accounting software - Oversight and management of your team to include training and time management - Weekly reviews of Bank and Cash Reconciliations, and other client specific reconciliations - Preparing and processing invoices, journals and supplier payments - Preparing cashflows for clients - Periodic statutory tax returns **REQUIREMENTS**: - A minimum of 3 years of experience in preparing full set of accounts is essential. - Proficiency in professional communication, both written and verbal. - Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. - Competence in using relevant accounting software (e.g. Xero preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Highly reliable, possesses a strong attention to detail, and has a professional demeanour. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team. - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is essential. - Part or fully qualified accountant is preferred (ACCA or international chartered accountant qualification) Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Maternity leave - Professional development Application Question(s): - Do you have or are working towards attaining an international chartered accountant qualification? **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Financial Accounting: 3 years (required) **Language**: - English (required) Work Location: In person
