To support our fast growth, we are looking to hire **3 Department Assistants**, each assigned to a **specific department**.
**We Are Hiring for the Following Positions**:
1. **Department Assistant - Licensee Relations (1 Position)**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Licensee Executive in onboarding new licensees and managing documentation
- Track outlet timelines and coordinate with Production, Training, and IT departments
- Prepare weekly reports and follow-ups for internal meetings
**Who It's For**:
- Able to handle follow-ups and inter-department coordination
- Mandarin-speaking is essential for licensee communication
2. **Department Assistant - IT Backend Support (1 Position)**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Help document user access, backend setups, and internal system checklists
- Maintain SOPs, access logs, and issue tracking documents
- Coordinate with IT Tech team for system or hardware rollout tasks (no coding needed)
**Who It's For**:
- Someone **tech-savvy and organized**:
- With **1+ year experience** in admin or system-related support
- Comfortable handling backend or digital tools
3. **Department Assistant - Group Assistant Support (1 Position)**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the Group Assistant and management
- Assist in scheduling, travel bookings, meeting notes, and follow-up tasks
- Maintain documentation and help with team coordination
**Who It's For**:
- **Fresh graduates** or juniors with a passion for admin/operations
- Strong in time management and communication
- Mandarin-speaking preferred due to document review requirements
**General Requirements (All Positions)**
- Proficient in **Mandarin & English** (both spoken and written)
- Familiar with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office tools
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and a team player
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
