**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Web Development & Technical**
- Develop and maintain responsive WordPress websites
- Customize themes and plugins based on project requirements
- Ensure basic on-page SEO, website performance, and mobile responsiveness
- Manage website updates, backups, and basic security maintenance
- Handle hosting-related tasks using cPanel, RunCloud, and Cloudflare
- Troubleshoot and solve common website or hosting issues

**Team & Communication**
- Collaborate with team members including designers and project leads
- Participate in code reviews and receive feedback constructively
- Support junior interns (if any) and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
- Attend handover sessions with clients and assist in training when needed

**Support & Project Workflow**
- Respond to internal support tickets related to website bugs or change requests
- Follow task lists and deadlines provided by project managers
- Help document key technical steps, fixes, or processes for future use
- Open to learning project coordination tasks under guidance

**Requirements**:

- Solid understanding of WordPress, HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, and PHP
- Experience with page builders like Elementor or WPBakery
- Comfortable with basic usage of hosting tools (e.g. cPanel, RunCloud) and DNS setup
- Knows how to use ACF, custom post types, and basic WooCommerce configuration
- Familiar with basic SEO principles and website performance best practices
- Willing to take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through
- Strong willingness to learn, adapt to new tools, and grow within the team
- Good communication and teamwork skills

**Bonus / Nice to Have**:

- Experience working on real client projects or freelance work
- Exposure to Git/version control
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma
- Basic understanding of project workflows (Agile, Kanban, etc.)
- Interest in mentoring interns or participating in small training sessions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
