Digital User Testing Specialist

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Plan, prepare and execute test cases
- Conduct regular reporting on UAT progress, test results and issue logs
- Verify defect fixes and report re-testing results
- Participate in digital projects discussion for project understanding and formulating test plans
- Ensure test cases and results cover all features and scenarios listed in user requirement, functional specification and regulatory or compliance guideline and policies
- Work with cross functional team to ensure project/system quality
- Commit dedicated resources and time to meet the test plan schedule.

**Academic Qualifications**:

- University graduate in business administration, finance, computer science, e-Commerce or related discipline

**Working Experience**:

- At least 3-4 years of working experience in internet/ mobile banking development and channel management in banking/ finance industry

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- internet/ mobile banking : 1 year (preferred)
- Testing: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Chinese (required)
