Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Coordination:
Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and schedules in collaboration with project managers and team members.
Coordinate project activities, resources, and tasks to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

2. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project status reports.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation such as project charters, scope statements, and risk registers.
Generate regular project reports and dashboards to provide insights into project performance and progress.

3. Communication and Collaboration:
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and other project-related events.
Act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

4. Quality Assurance and Testing:
Support quality assurance efforts by assisting in the development and execution of test plans and test cases.
Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to validate project deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Document and report test results and findings to project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field.
Prior experience in government project management or IT-related roles.
Familiar with KRISA dan PpRISA is highly preferred.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and project management practices.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project Management: 1 year (preferred)
