**Responsibilities**
- Assist Senior/Assistant/Machinery Maintenance Engineer for all machinery installation, repair and maintenance activities, to ensure good machinery performance in order to meet the production target output.
- Assist Senior/Assistant/Machinery Maintenance Engineer to oversee overall machinery installation, repair and maintenance activities.
- Assist Senior/Assistant/Machinery Maintenance Engineer to plan and manage Machinery Maintenance Team operation, to ensure delivery of objective and strategies to meet company business objective.
- Assist Senior/Assistant/Machinery Maintenance Engineer to ensure all maintenance activities are in compliances to Machinery Act, BSC, Halal, GMP, HACCP, DOSH, DOE, and all other statutory requirements.
- Assist Senior/Assistant/Machinery Maintenance Engineer to establish of world class standards through best practice e.g., OEE, JIT, Kaizen, Lean, TPM, SMED, etc., and to ensure quality process and procedures are embedded in the culture.
- Assist Senior/Assistant/Machinery Maintenance Engineer to ensure all related policies, guidelines, and any associated documents are in place and comply to related standards.
- Assist Senior/Assistant/Machinery Maintenance Engineer to establish and ensure all maintenance logs, service records, reports, calibration reports, certificates, manual, SOP, WI and other related documents are accurately updated and maintained under related Standards.
- Assist Senior/Assistant/Machinery Maintenance Engineer to monitor KPI's on-going progress and performance of Machinery Maintenance Team.
- Assist Senior/Assistant/Machinery Maintenance Engineer to plan, lead and monitor in effective implementation of preventive maintenance to achieve excellent machinery performance and to reduce machinery downtime at lowest overall cost.
- Assist Senior/Assistant/Machinery Maintenance Engineer to fully support production process to ensure the target output and quality are met (OEE).
- Assist Senior/Assistant/Machinery Maintenance Engineer to liaise with Production Team and lead Machinery Maintenance Team to make sure efficient first line maintenance, prioritization and need within teams.
- Assist Senior/Assistant/Machinery Maintenance Engineer to plan required and necessary resources needed for uninterrupted production.
- Assist Senior/Assistant/Machinery Maintenance Engineer to provide full support to Production to ensure accurate accounting of scrap on daily basis across the plant and maintain scrap within the targeted percentage.
- Assist Senior/Assistant/Machinery Maintenance Engineer to lead Machinery Maintenance Team to identify challenges in current machinery performance, perform root cause analysis, and seek for new ways to improve machinery performance.
- Assist Senior/Assistant/Machinery Maintenance Engineer to setup Team’s structure with clear procedures on communications, scope of work, standard operation procedure, operating manuals, work instruction, procurement, guideline, report, and meeting.
- Assist Senior/Assistant/Machinery Maintenance Engineer on people management including training, discipline, development, and morale.
- Assist Senior/Assistant/Machinery Maintenance Engineer to continuously review current Machinery Maintenance Team manpower deployment and practices, conduct regular training for staff on machineries to improve their competency, seeking ways to improve Machinery Maintenance Team’s performance and lower machinery downtime.
- Assist Senior/Assistant/Machinery Maintenance Engineer to establish, practice and maintain a standard of safety responsibilities for Machinery Maintenance Team to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for everyone whilst in the workplace.
- Assist Senior/Assistant/Machinery Maintenance Engineer to conduct regular internal audits and reviews to ensure adherence to the highest standards.
- Assist Senior/Assistant/Machinery Maintenance Engineer for overall all housekeeping of engineering store.
- Assist Senior/Assistant/Machinery Maintenance Engineer to liaise, monitor and supervise contractors/ helpers to ensure work is done and complied to safety regulation.
- Report on Machinery Maintenance activities to Senior/Assistant/Machinery Maintenance Engineer on a regular basis.
- Able to work independently and as well as in a team.
- To carry out other duties and tasks as directed by the Management in line with competencies and activities associated with any of the above processes.

**Requirements**:

- Possess Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in engineering industry for Senior position, else at least 7 years of working experience in engineering industry.
