**Retail Marketing Officer**

The Retail Marketing officer oversees the marketing budget and forecasting, ensuring cost-efficiency in all initiatives. They collaborate with Sales and Product departments to expand distribution channels and increase market share while developing strategies to boost brand recognition. Responsibilities include sales forecasting and planning, supervising retail coordinators and promoters, managing promotional activities, and providing regular sellout reports to the Sales Director and Management Team. Through market analysis and performance tracking, they refine strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive sales growth.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Manage the marketing budget and forecasting, ensuring cost-efficiency across all marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Product departments to expand distribution channels and increase market share.
- Develop and implement retail marketing strategies to boost brand recognition.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales forecasting and planning.
- Oversee retail coordinators and monitor promoter deliverables and responsibilities.
- Manage and monitor promotional activities and their execution.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, including but not limited to competitor pricing, promotions, and new features.
- Provide regular sellout reports to the Sales Director and Management Team.

**Job Requirements**:

- Master's preferred/bachelor's degree in technical or business required
- Extensive experience in collaborative teamwork across various product groups, coupled with comprehensive knowledge of market dynamics.
- Proficient in computer literacy
- Proficient verbal and written English communication skills, Chinese (Mandarin) is a bonus.
- Proficient in multitasking, with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Able to adapt, embrace, and embody company's corporate culture, displaying a diligent work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Willing to work in the Philippines

SALARY:
BASIC:PHP 40,000-55,000.00

TRANSPORTATION:PHP 2,000.00

COMMUNICATION:PHP 1,000.00

Pay: RM40,000.00 - RM55,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- HOME APPLIANCE INDUSTRY: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
