Job Overview:
Support administrative tasks and basic accounting functions in the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Prepare and maintain documents and reports.
- Handle phone calls and correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems (digital and paper).
- Process invoices and expense reports.
- Enter data into accounting file.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Assist with month-end and year-end reports.
- Prepare basic financial reports.
- Communicate with vendors and clients about billing.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in administrative and basic accounting roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Additional Requirements:
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting.
- Knowledge of ISO and GDPMD is an advantage
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
