**Job Purpose**

To support the daily accounting and administrative operations of the company by maintaining accurate records, handling financial documentation, and ensuring smooth office operations in compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Accounting Duties**:

- Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and journal entries.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and accounting reports accurately and on time.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and records.
- Assist in preparing tax-related documentation and statutory submissions (e.g. SST, EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
- Ensure compliance with the accounting standards (MPERS/IFRS) and regulatory requirements.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Manage office documentation, including filing systems (physical and digital) for invoices, receipts, and contracts.
- Support procurement processes such as issuance of purchase orders and maintaining inventory records.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties such as auditors, vendors, and government bodies.
- Perform general office administration tasks such as managing office supplies, correspondence, and scheduling.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least **2 years** of working experience in a similar capacity.
- Proficient in accounting software.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
