HR & Admin Officer

Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Operates telecommunication system.
- Perform and keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with all relevant procedures, rules and regulations as defined in the management system which are implemented.
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Responsible for performing administrative tasks to support daily business operations.
- Working with company documents and internal and external communications.
- Assist in office management and organization procedures.
- Assist in maintain and update of all Personal files and related records (eg. Leave records, transfer, daily attendance, monthly punch cards, medical chits, etc.)
- Perform all relevant procedures & practice as defined in the quality system are implemented in the HR department
- To carry out any duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
