Maintain the overall food cost within given guidelines as well as other kitchen related expenses by controlling purchases and maintaining adequate stock levels and orders.
- Makes sure that all dishes are uniform and that established portion sizes are adhered to.
- Hygiene, safety and cleanliness of all kitchens.
- Manage, organize and ensure the smooth running of all kitchens.
- Maintenance excellent communication lines with the Executive Chef, F&B Manager and all staff.
- To prepared an Indian cuisine in daily operations and events.
- Professionally active and self-involved in every aspect of the kitchen operations, Supervises, directs, guides and corrects the entire kitchen staff
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
