**About the Company**:
Our client is a Singapore-based logistics and supply chain solutions provider. It specializes in freight transport arrangement, specialized storage, customized relocation of sensitive equipment, warehousing, and end-to-end supply chain management. Leveraging smart technologies such as RFID-enabled warehousing and API integration for e-commerce platforms, the company delivers tailored logistics solutions designed to support efficient business operations across multiple industries.
**Responsibilities**:
- Administer and process payroll for a workforce of approximately 20 employees.
- Ensure full compliance with local labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR-related regulations.
- Act as a liaison between operations teams and employees, addressing HR matters promptly and effectively.
- Oversee on-site workforce management, handling day-to-day HR issues and employee relations.
- Support the employee life cycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate personnel records.
- Assist in administrative tasks and carry out ad-hoc HR duties as needed to support smooth operations.
