**JOB DECRIPTION**:

- To plan, develop, execute and manage all content marketing strategies for end user and distributors, and work closely with sales & marketing team.
- To manage company’s social media platform and explore new channel for the benefits of the company.
- To identify new trends, insights and marketing channels for growth opportunities.
- To work alongside with the creative and branding team so as to develop creatives graphic design which boost engagement and improves users experience, drawing clients focused attention which will translate into sale results and making advertising more cost effective.
- To explore, making use and exploiting social media in promoting the product(s) of the Company and reaching out/penetrate the target audience social network directly.
- To plan, manage and allocate paid advertising budgets in the most cost efficient and effective manner.
- To measure ROI (Return on Marketing Investment) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- To forecast sales performance trends.
- To monitor and track competition edge and provide suggestions for improvement.
- To oversee entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos research industry-related topics and identify customers’ needs.
- To prepare well-structured copywriting / marketing material (video, photos, reels, and any related) using digital publishing platforms.
- To create, gather and distribute marketing material to advertise in social media.
- To conduct keywords research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content.
- To promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g., comments and shares)
- To measure web traffic to contents (e.g., conversation and bounce rates).
- To update website content.
- To identify customers’ needs and gaps in content and recommend new topics.
- To ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, image and tone).
- To manage content & schedule for Memey Suhaiza.
- To plan out content marketing & development for distributors (dropship).

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of [Insert Number, e.g., 3-5] years of proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the fashion, retail, or Muslimah apparel industry.
- Strong understanding of the Muslimah market and its cultural nuances.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop - basic proficiency is a plus).
- Passion for the Telekung Hiqmah brand and its mission.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 08/01/2025
