**Property and Tenancy Admin Executive**
**Role Summary**:
Manage tenancy administration and property tasks, ensuring smooth lease operations, accurate records, and effective communication with stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Tenancy Management**:
- Maintain tenancy masterlist for all properties.
- Monitor and manage lease renewals or terminations.
- Ensure compliance with tenancy agreements.
**Financial Coordination**:
- Track and process rental and property-related payments with Finance.
- Resolve payment issues with the finance team.
**Documentation**:
- Maintain organized tenancy records and agreements.
- Prepare regular reports on tenancy and property statuses.
**Stakeholder Communication**:
- Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, leasing, etc.).
- Communicate with landlords and property managers as needed.
**Negotiation and Problem-Solving**:
- Handle basic lease negotiations.
- Resolve tenancy issues promptly and escalate to superiors when necessary.
**General Support**:
- Assist with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects.
- Support the leasing and property management teams.
**Requirements**:
Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in property management, tenancy administration, or a related field.
Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications may also be considered for entry-level roles.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
