- This is a full time permanent position
- Basic Salary **RM5,000 - RM9,000**:

- Working Hours: Monday-Friday: 8.30am-6pm, Saturday: 8.30am-1pm

Our client, a reputable **Property Investment and Management Company** as well as the largest room rental platform in Malaysia that is growing rapidly over the years due to the market demand. They are currently seeking for a passionate **Finance Manager** to join their team. As part of the company, you will work with their management team to monitor company's finances, as well as perform data analysis and advise senior managers on ideas to maximize profits.

**_Responsibilities: _**
- Guide & supervise a team of accounting staffs in the month end closing process and reviewing all journals posting & reconciliations to ensure proper compliance with accounting standards
- Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met
- Finding ways to reduce or maintain costs by studying financial reports and business processes
- Review balance sheet and financial statement and perform data analysis to identify high risk and abnormal item with a proper solution plan
- Liaise with bankers on financing requirements. Oversee treasury function, cash flow management, AP function and ensure funds are available to meet payment obligations
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary, statutory authorities and others on audit, taxation, statistic, financial matters
- Review creditor and debtor aging and follow-up closely on overdue payments
- Maintain company trade line with the bank to ensure no additional unnecessary interest borne by the company
- Responsible for monthly payroll and ensure all payment to the statutory body being made on time
- Responsible for preparation of audited financial statements, notes to accounts, audit schedules and attend to auditors’ queries
- Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents
- Any other responsibilities to be assigned by management from time to time

**_Additional Information/ Requirement: _**
- At least 6-10 years of relevant working experience and preferably 3 years in management role
- Understanding of confidentiality
- Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
- Proficient user of finance software
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
