We are looking for a new team member to join us as Personal Assistant cum Admin to be based in our office at Diamond Square, Off Jalan Gombak, 53000 Kuala Lumpur.

**Job description**
- Provide efficient and proactive administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other business documents
- Coordinate team meetings and events, taking minutes and following up on action items
- Support with various office management tasks, such as maintaining filing systems and ordering supplies
- Act as a point of contact and liaison between the leadership team and other stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures
- Assist in the director day to day activities

Requirements and qualifications:
1. Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
3. Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
5. Meticulous, resourceful, detail-oriented, able to work independently.
6. Good interpersonal skills and able to liaise with all levels.
7. Hardworking and willing to work long hour.

Immediate Hiring

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Expected Start Date: 06/01/2025
