Description

Hua Yee Tiling Sdn Bhd is a established company specializing in the retail of ceramic tiles, bathroom and kitchen accessories.

We are looking for an indoor salesperson with excellent customer service skills and communication skills. You need to observe and understand customer needs, introduce related products and services, and recommend appropriate solutions.

In addition, the incumbent should be able to proactively resolve customer concerns or complaints, making customers feel at home while achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's performance.

Required skills:

- Experience in retail sales or similar field
- Understand the retail sales process
- Familiar with consumer behavior principles
- Understand inventory incoming and outgoing procedures
- Basic math and computer skills
- Resume showing sales performance
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability to build trusting relationships with customers and colleagues
- Flexible in a fast-paced work environment
- Possess at least a Malaysian Secondary School Diploma (SPM)

**Responsibility**
- Detailed introduction to customer with regards to product features, prices and after-sales services and ensure accurate information is provided
- Answer customer questions about products or services in a timely manner
- Keep up to date with the latest information on products/services
- Be familiar with and understand how to sell other related products that match the main product
- Manage in-store inventory and ensure adequate supply in showrooms
- Handle sales and after-sales matters and related paperwork, including cashier, shipping and returns processes
- Provide timely feedback on customer opinions to management

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
