**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Key in all credit bills and cash bills into the AutoCount Accounting system
- Monitor supplier & tenants documentation, including invoices, Delivery Orders (DOs), Purchase Orders (POs), and statements.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare monthly creditor aging reports to Management.
- Monitor and control long-outstanding debtors and creditors.
- Purchase, monitor, and arrange the distribution of staff uniforms, safety shoes, tools, safety items, and stationery.
- Prepare and submit monthly overtime and payroll reports.
- Perform other related ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma / Degree in accounting or LCCI Level 2 and above
- Minimum 3 years working experience as Accounts Clerk
- Know to use Autocount System
- Discipline, Responsible and Teamwork
- Able to speak mandarin will be an advantage

**WORKING HOURS**: Mondays to Fridays - 8am to 5pm and Saturday - 8am to 3pm

**WORKING LOCATION**:Lot 1, Industrial Zone 8A, Jalan 2A, Kkip Timur, 88460 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
