**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis, to support decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and analyze key business metrics within the Retail and Fulfillment PandL such as revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, monthly/quarterly forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.
- Collaborate with various departments in commercial and operations to gather financial data, validate assumptions, and identify areas of improvement.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Prepare insightful and accurate financial reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate financial performance and trends.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the financial health of the organization and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes by reconciling accounts, and analyzing financial results.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes that may impact financial performance.

**; Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA, etc.) is a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years in financial planning and analysis, preferably in an e-commerce or online retail environment. Fresh graduates with relevant educational backgrounds can be considered.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex financial data.
- Proficient in financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and business intelligence tools is desirable.
