F&b Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1.Strategic Planning and Management:
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve the establishment’s goals and objectives.
Create and execute short-term and long-term plans for growth and profitability.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
2.Operational Oversight:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of all departments, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and administrative functions.
Ensure that all operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.
Implement and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and organization.
3.Financial Management:
Develop and manage the budget, including forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and take corrective actions to achieve financial targets.
Optimize revenue streams and manage expenses to enhance profitability.
4.Operational Oversight:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of managers and staff, fostering a positive work environment.
Oversee recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluation of employees.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for effective staff management.
5.Customer Service Excellence:
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by setting high service standards and addressing customer feedback and complaints effectively.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience and build customer loyalty.
6.Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional activities, events, and advertising campaigns.
Analyze market trends and customer preferences to tailor marketing strategies and drive business growth.
Oversee social media and online presence to attract and retain customers.
7.New Market and Business Development
Identify and research new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, and partnerships.
Develop market entry strategies for new locations or customer segments.
Drive business expansion initiatives including new product lines.
Evaluate competitive market data and assess the potential of new products or services to meet customer needs.
8.Compliance and Quality Control:
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including food safety, health, and safety standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.
Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure consistency and excellence.
Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, financial status, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
Maintain open and effective communication with upper management, staff, and external stakeholders.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
