HR & Admin Executive(Klang)

1) To assist superior in organizing / managing daily activities in the department and to attend related meetings instructed by company
2) To be responsible for timely processing of payroll, to ensure payroll records are accurate & complete, and to produce payroll related reports.
3) To update and to keep record of employees’ leaves related matter.
4) To coordinate internal & external trainings, to compile & to ensure the completion of Training Evaluation.
5) To update and to keep records of employees’ training in the Employee Training Record.
6) To assist in liaising with the officer of the manpower supply in monitoring their daily attendance, replacement, uniform, discipline, etc.
7) To assist in the recruitment process & to coordinate induction program.
8) To liaise with government department regarding all matters related to GA & Admin, i.e. Income-Tax, SOCSO, EPF, Immigration, etc.
9) To update and to submit list of employee’s Group Hospital Insurance and Personal Accident Insurance to Tokio Marine Insurance monthly.
10) To monitor and to keep record of employee’s medical cost monthly.
11) To have a proper & organized filing for each employee personal file.
12) To patrol to check the cleanliness of factory surroundings, toilets, canteen, guardhouse, etc.
13) To monitor security guards jobs by checking their report book, clocking sheets, etc.
14) To develop, motivate and guide all subordinates to maintain high standards of discipline, productivity, safety practices, 5S, etc.
**Requirement**:
Working experience in HR & Admin atleast for 4 years
**Compulsory**:
Diploma / Degree holder in related field
