**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and Manage day-to-day on-site activities, coordinating and supervising construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards, and take corrective action as needed.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Engineer or client to ensure project objectives are met.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of daily work activities, material usage, and site conditions.
- Facilitate regular safety meetings and enforce adherence to safety protocols, promoting a safe working environment.
- Implement effective construction schedules, allocate resources, and manage labor to optimize productivity.
- Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues, recommend solutions, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Communicate project status, progress, and issues to the Project Manager, Engineer and other team members.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Assist in managing project budgets, monitoring expenses, and maintaining cost control.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, consultants, and local authorities.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in Civil, M&E or equivalent. Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry, preferably with experience in [specific type of projects].
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel to project sites.
