Business Process Specialist

Role: This position is responsible to facilitate process improvement initiatives which includes using continuous improvement methodologies and sustaining improvement in documented procedures. Core responsibilities '¢ Research, analyse and recommends improvements to organization's business processes in order to improve overall organization performance. '¢ Studies operational and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. '¢ Design and deploy process improvement framework by gathering requirements from stakeholders, which including enhancement of existing process mapping, procedures, reference guides '¢ Monitoring process adherence & effectiveness through data driven analysis alongside presenting improvement measures '¢ Publish and communicate SOPs and maintain repositories of SOPs documents and templates for written documentation '¢ Support internal process excellence activities, communicates changes and provide briefing to impacted stakeholders.
