**We Are**

We are looking for a meticulous and data-driven marketing manager to join a dynamic growth team supporting our western markets (US, UK, ANZ). In this role, you will play a key part in driving successful marketing campaigns by taking charge of execution, leading a team of marketing associates, monitoring performance, and optimizing outcomes. If you thrive on working with data, have an eye for detail, and excel on coordinating with cross-functional teams, this role is perfect for you.

**What You Will Do**:

- Implement integrated marketing campaigns, including development of creative assets by coordinating with design teams, developing campaign pages, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Manage team of junior associates and coordinate tasks supporting western markets
- Coordinate communications and tasks with local market teams and functional channel owners
- Manage invoice and payment processing for our marketing partners
- Assist with ad-hoc requests for data and analytics related to marketing
- Maintain workflow processes with teams amongst the western markets, as well as with global stakeholders

**What You Will Need**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- 4+ years of experience in marketing campaigns, digital media, e-commerce / consumer marketing, or similar field
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal), with experience presenting to senior leadership
- A start-up attitude: self-motivated, solution and results oriented, highly collaborative with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
- Not afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo
- Meticulous attention to detail and a knack for solving operational challenges
- An analytical and data-driven mindset
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Consistently strives for strong performance; professional and has a thirst for excellence
