Lea Marketing is seeking a dynamic and motivated Personal Assistant to join our team. As Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives, working closely and directly reports to our company's Director. The incumbent should have a good command of both English and Mandarin, be willing to travel and possess a passion for the marketing field. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, outspoken, and eager to contribute to our company's growth. Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate and coordinate with marketing and merchandising managers in the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. 2. Lead and work with marketing support team in daily operational routines and under the directive of Director. 3. Conduct market research to gather insights and identify new opportunities. 4. Responsible in the creation and proofreading of marketing materials, including printing material, presentations and social media content. 5. Support the planning and coordination of marketing events and trade shows. 6. Maintain and update the company's website and social media channels with engaging content. 7. Responsible in monitoring and analyzing marketing performance metrics and preparing reports. 8. Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors. 9. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Director from time to time. Requirements: 1. Possess Degree in Marketing, International Business or any other disciplines with relevant working experience in marketing, export trading and wholesale business. 2. Excellent command of English and Mandarin, both written and verbal. 3. Willingness to travel to support business activities. 4. Outgoing and outspoken personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 7. Proficiency in Excel Intermediate level and familiarity with social media platforms.
