Global Operations Labeling Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist - AI Data Service Operations **Location**: Kuala Lumpur Employment Type: Regular Job Code: A159388 **Responsibilities**: About the team The AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team is responsible for providing safety and non-safety data annotation services and search operation services for all of the company's international products, which can also help international products build their own data ecological security. We are seeking a Labeling Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in maintaining high standards of accuracy and consistency of various annotation projects through conducting quality audits and RCA, delivering data-driven insightful reports, and driving impactful metric improvement initiatives such as calibrations, training, etc. **Responsibilities**: 1. Act as quality auditor to ensure overall quality standards and platform content security; 2. Execute both quantitative and qualitative analyses of data and trends to proactively identify gaps, deliver clear insights on performance, define goals, and drive improvements; 3. Conduct training, calibrations, and other improvement initiatives with various teams to continuously drive improvement in policy execution, as well as SOP understanding, and attain excellent quality results; 4. Continuously improve quality inspection standards and contribute towards process and platform optimisation; 5. Work closely with other departments to support relevant quality and training related needs. **Qualifications**: Minimum Qualifications - Fluency in English as a working language to effectively conduct quality reviews. - Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Audit/Quality Governance, and Content Moderation Policy & SOP training. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel. - Proven experience with quality audit, data analysis and quality management. - Proven experience to work in fast and evolving workflows with eye for detail. - Proven experience to maintain a high degree of confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines. Preferred Qualification - Proven experience with computer fluency and understanding of software and advanced internet functions.
