**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options, including daily specials and promotions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
- Serve food and drinks to customers while ensuring accuracy and proper presentation.
- Provide recommendations and answer questions regarding menu items, dietary restrictions, and special requests.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient and timely service.
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glassware as per standard procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring tables are cleared and cleaned promptly.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, processing payments and providing accurate change.
- Uphold hygiene and food safety standards, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent.
- Strong business knowledge in retail management, sales and marketing and customer services.
- Good command of verbal and written English and Malay languages, ability to speak additional languages will be an added advantage.
- Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
- Able to work as a team.
- Must be willing to work on shifts (retail hours) / weekends and public holidays.
- Open for **Malaysian** citizen only.
