Personal Assistant to CEO

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Project Execution & Follow-ups
- Translate the CEO’s ideas into actionable plans.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure implementation.
- Monitor progress and provide updates to the CEO.
2. Administrative & Strategic Support
- Manage CEO’s schedule, meetings, and communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and research materials.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion.
3. Cross-Department Coordination
- Liaise with key stakeholders inside and outside the company.
- Ensure alignment between teams to achieve business goals.
- Assist in decision-making by gathering necessary data.
4. Business Development & Special Projects
- Support new product launches, market expansion, and partnerships.
- Identify opportunities and conduct feasibility studies.
- Track industry trends relevant to HTM Pharmacy’s business.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Experience in project management or business operations
✔ High level of confidentiality and professionalism
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
✔ Fluent in Malay, English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese)
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
