**About the Role**

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable ESG professional to join our organization as a **Manager, Environmental, Social & Governance**. This role is pivotal in enhancing our ESG policies, guiding sustainability efforts, and supporting our external stakeholder engagement strategy.

As part of the ESG division, you will contribute to sustainability performance, influence company-wide policy, and champion ESG integration across business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Enhance ESG policies, data collection systems, and entity-level reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to embed ESG considerations into business decisions.
- Analyze and quantify the financial impact of ESG initiatives.
- Identify and drive improvements in environmental, social, and governance outcomes.
- Develop communication strategies for external stakeholders on ESG performance.
- Lead the creation of ESG KPIs, targets, and company-wide ESG frameworks.
- Address ESG concerns from investors, communities, and other stakeholders.
- Promote ESG data responsibility and awareness across departments.
- Represent the company in key external ESG policy forums and industry groups.

**Core Technical & Professional Skills Required**
- Deep understanding of ESG frameworks and standards: GRI, SASB, TCFD
- Experience with ESG performance tracking and reporting platforms
- Strong stakeholder communication and report development capabilities
- Solid command of Microsoft Office Suite and analytical tools
- Experience engaging with senior management and external stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Malaysian citizenship is mandatory
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- At least 6 months of experience in ESG-related work (internship or full-time)
- Proven problem-solving, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong ability to align ESG objectives with business strategy

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
