Position: Voice Support Customer Service - Korean Speaker

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM

**Salary**: RM 8,500 - RM 9,000 (total package)

**Job Description**:
Inbound service and sales calls, digital chat and social media enquiries regarding but not limited to:

- Ticket bookings;
- Ticket changes;
- Disrupt management;
- Schedule change management;
- Pricing and fare availability, including service enquiries for promotions;
- Fare rule and/or policies;
- Ancillary sales/support such as meals, comfort packs, seating, products for inflight, hotels, cars, activities for flight destination;
- General sales;
- Itinerary requests;
- Booking make and change confirmations;
- Destination information;
- Lost, damaged or delayed baggage;
- Feedback on booking, payment, baggage, inflight, sales, schedule changes, disrupts, safety and security; and entry level compliments and complaints.

Requirement:

- Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
- Proficient in English (business level) and Korean (professional level), with TOPIK 5 or 6 certificate.
- Possess a problem-solving mindset to proactively find solutions for customer needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively with our customers.
- Good team player to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Keen attention to detail in completing tasks accurately and thoroughly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM8,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
