**Responsibilities**:

- Handle daily operational tasks, including **registration, deposits, withdrawals, reporting**, and other assigned duties with accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform **end-to-end KYC processes** for both new and existing clients, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
- Assist in drafting, preparing, and implementing operational procedures, guidelines, and documents.
- Issue operational policy updates, changes, or notices as needed.
- Support system settings configuration according to established procedures.
- Prepare operational reports and present findings to supervisors.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from internal departments and clients, providing timely solutions.
- Ensure secure storage of clients’ information and documents in compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with other teams or departments on operational matters.
- Assist the finance department with daily **deposit/withdrawal reconciliations** and follow up on discrepancies.
- Collaborate with compliance and audit teams to provide necessary documents.
- Take proactive measures to prevent **money laundering, terrorist financing**, or other illegal activities, and report concerns immediately.
- Record and report complaints to supervisors, assisting with timely resolution.
- Follow assigned shift schedules and promptly address operational issues with supervisors.

**Requirements**:

- Willing to work in **Johor** with shift rotation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of financial operations, compliance, laws, and regulations (training will be provided).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English (Mandarin or other languages is an advantage).
- Able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
