**Job responsibilities**:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
1. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

2. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, utilizing job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.

3. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define roles, create job descriptions, and understand staffing needs.

5. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

6. Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality-of-hire) and provide regular reports.

7. Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to improve hiring processes.

HR Operations:
1. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes

2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.

3. Provide administrative support for various HR functions (e.g., training, payroll, benefits, performance management).

4. Respond to employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues

5. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and annual events.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

3. Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies.

4. Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.

5. General HR operations knowledge is preferred.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

8. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

9. Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations.

10. Proactive and independent work style, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.

11. Mandarin language proficiency is preferred to facilitate communication with HQ colleagues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,644.72 - RM4,484.22 per month
